What states are you licensed in?
I am licensed to provide therapy services in New York State. I am also able to provide therapy to clients in Massachusetts with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
Are therapy sessions virtual?
Yes, my services are virtual. You will need a device with a camera and a private space. Virtual services can have great benefits, such as the convenience of meeting from your own home!
Do you accept insurance?
Yes! I am in network with Aetna, Cigna, Quest Behavioral Health, Carelon Behavioral Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, United Healthcare, Oscar (Optum), Oxford (Optum), and United Healthcare Medicare Advantage.
If I am not in network with your insurance, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement for out of network benefits (if eligible).

Evaluation/Intake Appointment – $120
60 Minute Therapy Appointment – $120
45 Minute Therapy Appointment – $100
